It’s the third year we’ve worked in partnership with the incredibly talented lecturers and students in the Theatre Design team at Nottingham Trent University.
Despite Covid-19 and all the restrictions that has imposed on university students and staff, we have had an amazing term so far.
Working with Year 2 Theatre Design students, we are currently adapting the poem, Life Doesn’t Frighten Me, by Maya Angelou.
“Shadows on the Wall
Noises down the Hall
Life doesn’t frighten me at all.”
The students are creating a shadow play version of the poem.
Red Earth has asked them to include creative captions for access.
From the work we’ve done so far, everyone is in for a fantastic, visual treat.
