The Red Tree follows one child’s journey through what seems an unfriendly world. But it’s okay, there are helpers everywhere, hidden in plain sight, ready with their wise words and healing ways.
A play that goes straight to the heart
A stand out production by Red Earth Theatre blends immersive imagery and words, live music and dance, puppets, creative captions and integrated sign language. In this immersive live-streamed show, audiences become explorers of imagination as the performers gently guide us through a tangled landscape of feelings, hopes and dreams.

How It Works for Your School – It’s Easy Honestly
- Book a performance that fits in with your school timetable, between 25 – 28 January 2022 – please see performance dates and times below
- We invoice you for the performance(s) you have booked
- We email you a unique broadcast link for your selected performance with log on instructions and FAQs regarding technical concerns
- Red Earth will also provides a secure website link to access a pre-show video workshop and education resource pack to help you prepare for the performance
- Further video workshops will be made available after the performance with follow-up activities for you and your classes
